Currently serving as the Marketplace Operations Manager at PerkSpot since September 2021, Alex has successfully built the first organizational capacity model and implemented standardized processes for merchant implementations. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Manager, Technical Services at PowerReviews, overseeing a substantial team and ensuring the integrity of content processing for over 600,000 items monthly. Alex’s diverse background includes roles in talent acquisition and compliance, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
