Steffani Valentine

Steffani Valentine holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as a Board Advisor for PerkUp, Steffani previously held multiple leadership roles at Cornerstone OnDemand, including AVP and Senior Director of Global Total Rewards. Additional experience includes serving as Compensation Manager at Oakley and Live Nation Entertainment, as well as Compensation/HRIS Lead at the Los Angeles Times. Steffani obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, where studies continue.
