Kyle Thompson

Kyle Thompson is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Perlick Corporation since June 2022, Kyle has held various leadership roles including Plant Manager and Area Operations Manager. Previously, at Bradley Corporation, Kyle was instrumental in enhancing on-time delivery through the implementation of visual management tools and effective scheduling strategies. Kyle's experience at Generac Power Systems included overseeing multiple assembly departments and managing KPIs to boost employee engagement. With a background in engineering roles across multiple companies, including Milwaukee Gear Company and Generac Power Systems, Kyle has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Kyle holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
