LaKesha Phillips has extensive work experience in various roles related to brand management, marketing, and sales. LaKesha started their career in 2011 as an Office Manager at Primerica, where they coordinated office operations and managed confidential client records. In 2011, they also worked as a Style Expert and Stock & Inventory Operations Manager at Lane Bryant, assisting clients with wardrobe selection and managing inventory operations.

From 2013 to 2015, LaKesha owned and managed The Kaandy Shoppe, where they accommodated individuals and businesses for shopping and gifting needs, hosted special events, and provided design and printing services.
