Simon Kidston is a company director with over 30 years of experience in the clean energy supply chain, encompassing minerals, renewable energy, and carbon credits. They have held significant roles as a Non-Executive Director and Executive Director in both ASX and TSX-listed companies, demonstrating expertise in capital markets, strategic initiatives, and risk management. As the founder and Executive Director of Genex Power, Simon led the company’s growth and was instrumental in major renewable energy projects. Currently, they serve as Chairman of Energy Transition Minerals, Non-Executive Director of several companies, and continue to play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable energy solutions. Simon holds a degree in Commerce and Economics from Griffith University.
