Lee McGuinness has a diverse background in engineering and operations, beginning as an Engineering Apprentice at ARRK Europe Ltd. from May 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included CNC programming and setting/operating machines. Following this, Lee transitioned to Gloucestershire’s machining centre (GMC) as a CNC Programmer from June 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Lee is employed at Permali, taking on multiple roles including F1 Manager, Machine Shop Supervisor, and Operations Manager from September 2023 to November 2024.
