Michael Bill

Michael Bill is the Head of Continuous Improvement at Permali in Gloucester, where they design and lead the implementation of Lean programs to enhance value-added activities and eliminate waste. With a background as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Michael has developed expertise in training and coaching across various environments. Prior to their current role, Michael served in the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer on HM Submarines and worked in multiple engineering and manufacturing positions at Safran and The Norville Group Ltd. They hold an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Gloucestershire Engineering Training and completed an Advanced Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
