Herman Lo

Herman Lo is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as VP of Learning and Development at PermataBank since July 2017. Prior to this role, Herman held positions including Learning & Talent Management Manager at Citibank NA and Senior Training Manager at Bank Ekonomi (a member of HSBC Group), where responsibilities included managing training programs across various banking divisions and developing training roadmaps. Herman's earlier experience includes roles at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk, where the focus was on human capital planning and the design of training programs, and at Hagakita Bank as an Account Officer. Herman holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance Management from Universitas Tarumanagara, completed in 2004.
