Mario Andreas

Mario Andreas has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Department Head of People Partner at Permata Bank since January 2020, overseeing the Consumer Banking Directorate and Branch Network Directorate in the Kalimantan-Sulawesi region and national non-branch sales. Prior to this role, Mario held various senior HR positions at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food, including VP and Senior HR Business Partner for Consumer Banking, and HR Business Partner Manager for both Upstream Enabler and Upstream Operations. Previous experience includes leading Human Resources and General Affairs at MNC Asset Management and managing HR outsourcing and projects at CIMB Niaga. Mario holds a Master’s degree in Business Strategy from Universitas Tarumanagara and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta.
