Nathan Spackman is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Director of Operations at ITW Permatex since February 2025, Nathan previously held various leadership positions, including Director of Operations, Vice President and General Manager, and Plant Manager at Consolidated Precision Products Corp from May 2019 to February 2025. Nathan also gained significant operational expertise as Operations Manager at Precision Castparts from November 2006 to May 2019 and began a career in operations management as a trainee at Dietrich Metal Framing from December 2003 to November 2006. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production Operations and Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University, after beginning studies at John Carroll University.
