Joseph Caple

Joseph Caple is an Engineer Trainee at Permco since July 2023, with a background in various crew member roles at Valley Containers, FLEX-STRUT, INC., and BJ ALAN CO from 2015 to 2023. Before becoming an engineer, Joseph gained experience as an assistant at Kapl Enterprises, a family-owned custom sawing business, managing challenges during a recession. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, completed in May 2022.
