Leyandra Dijkstra

Leyandra Dijkstra has a diverse background in child and youth care, beginning with a role as a Pedagogisch medewerker at Accare in 2001, focusing on treatment within a children's and adolescents' psychiatric setting. From 2014 to 2018, Leyandra served as a Trainster at Mom in Balance, providing outdoor workouts for mothers. Leyandra's experience further expanded at Kenter Jeugdhulp from 2016 to early 2018, where duties included acting as a Pedagogisch Coach and Jeugdzorgwerker, working with young children to promote their development. Leyandra also took on a leadership role as Teamleider at IKC Kenter jeugdhulp, overseeing a team and developing care methodologies. Since January 2022, Leyandra has been Teamleider at perMens, leading a Preventief Interventie Team that assists children at risk of social development issues.
