Brian Wright

Brian Wright, CPA, currently serves as a Senior in Technical Accounting at Permian Resources, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Brian worked at KPMG US from November 2021 to October 2023 as a Deal Advisory Senior Associate and earlier as a Deal Advisory Associate in AAS. Brian's experience also includes an Assurance Associate role at PwC from October 2020 to November 2021, and an Implementation Intern position at Eton Solutions LP in 2019. Additional early career experiences include an Assurance Intern role at PwC, and an internship at Duke University focusing on donor relations and fundraising activities. Brian's initial exposure to the professional world included a position as a Sport VU Camera Operator for the Houston Rockets and work as an Estate Sale Assistant at Leland Little Auction & Estate. Brian holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Rice Business and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a Business Minor from Rice University.
