Reed Gardner possesses extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on land management and petroleum operations. Currently serving as a Sr. Landman at Permian Resources since January 2024, Reed has previously worked as a Sr. Landman at Earthstone Energy, Inc. from May 2022 to July 2024, and as a Petroleum Landman at Relentless Permian Operating from February 2018 to June 2022. With a solid foundation as CEO of Gardner Oil & Gas Ventures, LLC since June 2010, Reed also contributed as a Partner at Reef Land Services, LLC from May 2013 to June 2022, and held the position of Land Manager at Moriah Energy Investments from August 2021 to June 2022.
