Christopher Whaling

Christopher Whaling is an experienced professional in decision-support analysis and business intelligence, currently serving as the Chief of Analysis at Permion since August 2023, where a Digital Subject Matter Expert system has been developed under their leadership. As Co-Founder and Senior Analyst at Synthesis Partners, LLC, since 1999, Christopher has co-led the delivery of custom decision support products across various sectors, including defense and environmental technology. Additionally, Christopher holds the position of Co-Chair on the Marketing Committee for PSMA and has previously contributed as a Senior Associate at Bruce Morgan Associates and a Business Analyst at Find/SVP New York, where accurate e-commerce forecasts were produced. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Policy Analysis from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
