Chris Buchanan is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Head of Capital Formation at Permira since 2025. They previously held multiple partner roles at Apollo Global Management, Inc., specializing in European Sales & Marketing, Institutional Sales, and Client & Product Solutions from 2008 to 2019. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Vice President in Capital Introductions at Citi from 2007 to 2008 and spent three years in the Alternative Investments Group at Calyon Financial. They began their career at Capital International as an Associate in Portfolio Control from 2001 to 2004. Chris is pursuing their education at Oxford Brookes University.
