Derek Mills

Derek Mills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate operations. Currently serving in the Portfolio Group at Permira since 2023, Derek has previously held the position of Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners from 2015 to 2023, where the focus was on assisting private equity firms in growing their portfolio companies. Derek's expertise also includes interim roles as SVP of Commercial Operations at Axiom in 2022 and Chief Marketing Officer at Skyline Exhibits in 2021-2022. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for DLF Homes Panchkula from 2010 to 2015 and as Vice President at Brahma Management from 2008 to 2015, along with an early career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2006 to 2008. Derek holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Georgetown University.
