Jessica Carty

Jessica Carty is an Associate Director at Permira, with prior experience as an Associate in the Banking & Finance group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2019 to 2023. Jessica provided legal advice on a variety of financing transactions, with a focus on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, including significant roles in restructurings and refinancings. They completed a training contract at Weil, which involved rotations through the Corporate, Restructuring, and Banking & Finance teams, as well as a secondment to their New York office. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and completed A levels and GCSEs at Wolverhampton Grammar School.
