Michael Cooke

Michael Cooke began their work experience in 2010 as a Financial Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank. In 2012, they joined TA Associates as an Associate, where they focused on growth equity investments. In 2017, Michael moved to Apax Digital as a Vice President, specializing in investments in growth stage technology companies. Michael then joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in 2019 as a Vice President, working in the private equity firm's technology and healthcare sectors. Currently, Michael is serving as a Vice President at Permira, a global private equity firm focused on growth, leading the tech team.

Michael Cooke earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCLA, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Later on, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship at The Wharton School.
