Ryo Okazaki is currently the Senior Director and Head of Capital Formation Japan at Permira. Previously, Ryo held the position of Vice President at Pantheon Ventures from 2018 to 2022 and served as a Manager at Mitsubishi Corporation Asset Management from 2013 to 2018. Ryo began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi and SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. between 2008 and 2012. They earned a BMus (Hons) in Piano Performance from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, graduating in 2008.
