Andrew Shu

Andrew Shu has worked in the software engineering industry since 2004. Andrew began their career at Polymerex Medical Corp. as an Engineer. In 2008, they joined MGX Copy as the CTO, where they were Head of Software Department and 2nd in Command of the Inc 5000 company. Andrew was responsible for Devops engineering, hands-on full-stack engineering, product management, system administration, and graphic design. Andrew led the development and prototyping of multiple backend and frontend applications. In 2017, they joined Cisco Meraki as a Software Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the Meraki MX/MG Dashboard Team with 10 direct reports in 4 countries. Andrew also hired 6 engineers and onboarded 5 additional team members in the first 7 months. In 2022, they began working at Permiso Security as a Software Engineer.

Andrew Shu attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
