Britain Jacobson started their work experience in 2013 as a Level II IT Technician at Patrick Henry College. Britain later served as a Security Officer and eventually became the Event Staff Junior Manager. In 2015, they joined OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation as the Iridium Site Security Lead and was responsible for the security of equipment and personnel. Britain then worked as an Armed Security Officer at International Consultants Security. In 2016, Jacobson joined Daniel Morgan Graduate School as the Director of Operations and later became the Director of Facilities and Auxiliary Services. In 2018, they moved to EVERFI as the Director of Facilities/Operations Department. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at moveBuddha. Currently, Jacobson is the Head of Permit Operations at PermitFlow, where they are involved in various aspects of the business, including strategy, finances, hiring, and product development.

Britain Jacobson completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in National Security from Daniel Morgan Graduate School from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government: Strategic Intelligence from Patrick Henry College from 2012 to 2015. Britain also briefly studied French Studies at The American University of Paris in 2014. Jacobson began their higher education at Central Oregon Community College from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are pursuing French Studies at Metropolitan Community College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jacobson has obtained certifications in CPR/1st Aid/BBP from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in April 2015 and certifications in RE01 Armed Security Officer and RE31 Alarm Respondent from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services in October 2014.
