Matthew J.

Matthew J. currently serves as the Strategic Director of Operations at PermitFlow since April 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Better from July 2020 to April 2025, including Chief of Staff, Operations, and multiple roles in Servicing Support. Experience also includes a tenure at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, where responsibilities ranged from assisting servers to managerial internship duties focusing on profit/loss analysis and event planning. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Lecturer Assistant and IT Manager for Royal Caribbean Group. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Fordham University, along with a study abroad program at Sciences Po Lille, and a high school diploma from Northampton High School.
