Devandré Lawrence

Devandré Lawrence is currently the Head of HR for Pernod Ricard Africa, a role in which they lead people operations with a focus on a people-first strategy. Previously, Devandré held various HR positions at Nando's South Africa, including General Manager: People Operations and HR Manager, where they managed recruitment and supported HR operations. Devandré's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Graduate at Pick n Pay and Mobile Editor at LIVE magazine SA. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Media Communication Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand.
