Derya M.

Derya M. is a Senior Data Engineer currently at Perpay Inc., where they focus on building inclusive financial products for a community of over 5 million members. Previously, Derya served as a Senior Data Scientist at Cadent and as a Data Scientist at Moven, accumulating three years of industry experience in financial technology and advertising. Derya completed a PhD in statistical and computational biophysics from Drexel University, along with a Master of Science in Physics and two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Physics. Prior to entering the industry, Derya conducted postdoctoral research at the Icahn School of Medicine, resulting in several peer-reviewed publications and presentations at international conferences.
