Head of China at Perpetua

Jocelyn Ma is currently the Head of China at Perpetua. Prior to this, they spent three years at Amazon as Strategic Brand and Partnership Marketing, APAC, Amazon Advertising.

At Amazon, Jocelyn was responsible for outlining an integrated brand strategy and phase-out plan in China and Rest of Asia regions to drive avg. +1,500 media clippings in a year. Jocelyn also conducted +45M touchpoints and +3M leads from media and partners. In addition, Jocelyn launched the Flagship Brand Conference to drive 91K event registrations and 55K event attendees. Jocelyn leverage with global team and 3rd party consulting firms to launch brand study and playbooks for brand digital campaigns.

As a result of Jocelyn's efforts, they were able to define the brand value proposition and messaging frameworks to ensure the brand differentiation and competitiveness in corporate level. Jocelyn also developed marketing initiatives to drive sustained brand awareness, familiarity and adoption through digital media (incl. mass media, industry media, trade media) and media events (NPS≥50, PI≥30). In addition, Jocelyn created the segmented brand content to evolve the brand portfolio and expand the public presence cross the industries.

They work with Adam Epstein - Co-President, Paulina Staszuk - Global Head of Customer Success & Support, and Nael El Shawwa - Head of Engineering. Jocelyn Ma reports to Rosco Hill, CEO.
