Mark Smith

Mark Smith is the Chief Executive of Perpetual Private, a prominent advisory and funds management firm. They previously served as Group Executive at Perpetual Private from 2012 to 2022 and held leadership roles at BT Financial Group and BT Funds Management New Zealand between 2004 and 2011. Mark's educational background includes a BEC in Finance and Accounting from Macquarie University and postgraduate studies in financial markets from Finsia. They also completed the Leading Change and Organisational Renewal program at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2014 and are a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
