Karim Ginena

Dr. Karim Ginena is the CEO and Co-Founder of EndoMD Health, a Virginia-based startup focused on health technologies. With a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Dr. Ginena's expertise spans AI governance, risk management, and ethical research. They have held significant roles at organizations such as IEEE, where they serve as Co-Chair of the AI Policy Committee, and Meta, where they contributed to the Responsible AI team. Dr. Ginena has also been published and recognized for their research, including receiving the Best PhD Dissertation-Based Paper Award from the Academy of Management.
