Natalie Jin

Natalie Jin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, private equity, and venture capital. Currently serving as the Enterprise Lead at Perplexity since August 2025, Natalie focuses on enterprise growth and partnerships. Previously, as a Venture Scout at Headline, engagement with Series A and B founders was a priority. At Workstream, from August 2021 to September 2025, Natalie led corporate and strategic partnerships, driving revenue and talent acquisition. Prior experience includes a role as a Private Equity Investor at Leonard Green & Partners, where Natalie contributed to significant transactions and portfolio management. Additional roles included investment banking positions at PJT Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Piper Jaffray. Natalie holds degrees from Wellesley College and MIT Sloan School of Management.
