Prior to this role, they managed a startups portfolio and strategic projects at Wayra and served as the Head of Innovation at Mutua Madrileña, where they implemented innovation strategies across various business verticals. With a solid educational background in Business Administration and Executive MBA, Pablo has also been involved in investment committees and board positions across multiple companies, including Airalo and Bit2Me. They began their career in marketing at NH Hoteles and have continued to advance in the fields of innovation and venture capital.
