Rick Smith, CPA, CGMA, is a financial executive providing CFO services to small businesses through Rick L. Smith Consulting, Inc. since 2011. They possess broad experience in accounting problem solving and financial management, having held positions such as CFO/Vice President of Finance at Premiere Credit of North America and Vice President of Corporate Accounting at EFS, Inc. Rick has successfully improved efficiency within organizations by implementing new policies and procedures and negotiating favorable terms with financial institutions. They earned a BS in Accounting from Indiana State University.
