Previously, Lance held CEO positions at Juice Beauty, Inc. and Kate Somerville Skincare, and was the Chief Executive Officer at Penhaligon's and L’Artisan Parfumeur, where they directed global brands, spearheaded significant revenue growth, and developed high-performing teams. Lance's earlier roles included Vice President at LVMH and co-President of Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care, showcasing a consistent track record of driving omnichannel success and impactful brand transformation. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.
