Ben Spriggs

Ben Spriggs is an accomplished Associate Director at Perrigo Company plc, overseeing Global Oral Care Sourcing since January 2017, where leadership of a team of eleven Sourcing Managers and management of a $180 million spend across a complex Supply Chain have been pivotal. With a strong background in procurement, Ben has successfully integrated legacy teams, developed the first Global Sourcing Strategy, ensured supply continuity during the Covid crisis, and achieved significant cost savings. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at GSK, leading procurement operations across the Asia Pacific region and actively contributing to supply chain management for critical pharmaceuticals. Ben began a career in procurement at Bunzl plc after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies at Sheffield Hallam University.
