Beth Potter

Beth Potter is an experienced payroll and finance professional with over 20 years of expertise in U.S. Payroll and 10 years in Global Payroll. Beginning a career with Bronson Healthcare Group as a Finance Manager, responsibilities included payroll, accounts payable, and cost accounting. Since joining Perrigo in 2010, Beth advanced to roles such as US Payroll Manager and Senior Manager of Payroll and Total Rewards, leading payroll operations across multiple countries. In addition to a robust career in payroll management, Beth is currently self-employed as an Independent US and Global Payroll Consultant. Possessing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University, Beth holds a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation since 2009 and earned Basic and Advanced Global Payroll Management certifications in 2020.
