Joe Carroll

Joe Carroll currently serves as the Validation Manager at Perrigo Company plc, having taken on the role of department head in January 2022. In this position, Joe oversees a team of engineers responsible for cGMP validation engineering activities related to the manufacturing and packaging of both OTC and Rx pharmaceuticals. Key responsibilities include leading various validation efforts such as equipment validation, GAMP computer systems validation, and cleaning validations. Previously, Joe held multiple roles at Contract Pharmacal Corp and worked as a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University, where Joe also earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2017.
