John Babb

John Babb is an accomplished professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as the Director of Global Organizational Development, Learning & Inclusion and Belonging at Perrigo Company plc since November 2021. Prior to this role, John held significant positions at Amgen as the Head of Corporate Learning and Organizational Development for EMEA from July 2015 to November 2021, and at Hay Group as a Managing Consultant from November 2005 to June 2015, where responsibilities included advising on performance improvement and developing organizational capabilities. John's earlier experience includes serving as the Founding Non-Executive Director for Boardmatch Ireland, Acting CEO of Common Purpose, and Editor-in-Chief of the Warsaw Business Journal. Educationally, John holds a B.Sc in Biochemistry from the University of Manitoba and a B.A.A in Journalism from Ryerson University.
