Mike Lee

Mike Lee is an experienced professional with a robust background in continuous improvement and project management within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager PWS Tools Architect Lead at Perrigo Company plc since July 2013, Mike oversees standards and system control for digital platforms and develops training materials for PWS pillars. Prior roles include Master Black Belt with responsibilities for delivering continuous improvement across multiple European sites and Lean Site Lead, where significant cost savings were achieved through Lean Six Sigma projects. Mike's career also includes positions at Galpharm International and Perrigo, focusing on graphic design, regulatory affairs, and customer support. An alumnus of the University of Plymouth, Mike holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design, Design & Illustration and has furthered education through internal training programs at Perrigo.
