Rob Willis

Rob Willis is the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Perrigo. Prior to joining Perrigo, Rob served as the Regional Director of Human Resources for GE Capital UK & Ireland. In this role, Rob was responsible for leading a team of 70 HR professionals who supported 5,500 employees.

Before GE Capital, Rob Willis was with Musgrave Operating Partners (Superquinn) where they served as the Director of Human Resources & Internal Communications. In this role, Rob was responsible for leading the company's communication efforts, as well as managing the human resources department.

Rob has also been a founding member of the Black & White Group, a management consulting firm that works with CEOs and senior managers across different industries globally.

Rob Willis is a highly experienced human resources and communication professional with a proven track record of success in both large and small organizations. Rob is a strategic thinker who is able to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems. Rob is a dynamic leader who is able to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential.

Rob Willis has a Diploma in Organisation Design from the University of Florida, a Masters in Business from Human Resources from University College Dublin, a Bachelor of Commerce from Business/Commerce from University College Cork, and a Diploma in Marketing from Munster Technological University. Rob also has a certification from Certified Sports Gaelic Football Trainer.

Rob Willis reports to Murray S. Kessler, President & CEO. They work with Kyle L. Hanson - EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, Ron Janish - EVP, Global Operations & Supply Chain, and Eduardo Bezerra - EVP, CFO.
