Efi Basoukou

Efi Basoukou serves as Chief of Staff at Persado, having held various roles including Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Talent Lifecycle Specialist since January 2020. Efi's responsibilities encompass implementing global HR systems, advocating for employer branding, managing employee on- and off-boarding processes, and maintaining organizational culture. Previous experience includes work as a Culture Audit Evaluator at Activated Insights, assessing organizations for Best Workplaces Awards. Efi's earlier roles span administrative support in academic environments and coaching youth in sports.
