Laura Lapidus

Laura Lapidus is a seasoned People Experience Builder and a Fulbright Award recipient originally from Chicago. They attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting, and are currently pursuing a Master’s in Classical Acting at LAMDA. With a diverse career that includes roles such as People Experience Lead at Persado and Actor at Actors' Equity Association, they excel in cultivating a positive organizational culture and enhancing communication. Laura’s creative background adds a unique perspective to their work in Human Resources, where they bring empathy, adaptability, and joy to every challenge.
