Rick Kozody

Rick Kozody currently serves as the General Counsel at Persado, a marketing technology company utilizing AI and machine learning. Rick provides legal advice on various matters including corporate, contract law, privacy, data security, employment, and intellectual property. In addition, Rick manages a team of legal and internal control departments. Prior to this role, Rick served as the General Counsel at Affinity Solutions and has experience working at law firms such as Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and Proskauer Rose LLP. Rick holds a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts Honors from Queen's University.
