James Randell

James Randell is an experienced professional in contracts, vendor management, and IT strategic consulting, currently serving as the Director of Contracts & Vendor Management at Persefoni since April 2022. Prior roles include Digital Transformation Consultant at Tronox, IT Strategic Vendor Advisor at Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, and extensive leadership positions at Oklahoma Department of Human Services, including Director of the Office of Innovation & Service Management and CTO.
