Leah Silberman

Leah Silberman currently serves as the Head of Private Markets for North America at Persefoni, leading the company's commercial strategies in this sector since April 2023. Prior to this role, Leah was involved in academia as a Guest Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2024, focusing on data analytics related to carbon footprints and decarbonization strategies. Leah's experience includes a tenure at Centinel as a Strategic Account Executive and an Account Executive in Commercial Real Estate, as well as working at Oracle as an Account Manager for the Federal Reserve System, where participation in the Oracle Women in Leadership program and the Federal Sales Improvement Panel was noted. Earlier, Leah contributed to Georgetown University as a Business Development Consultant and served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, facilitating courses on Middle Eastern conflicts. Leah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Georgetown University, a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from Harvard University, and achieved training at MEDDIC Academy.
