As Executive Vice President at ProCom Consulting, Inc., Mark has contributed to the successful delivery of complex systems integration programs over the past eight years. Previous roles include CEO of CXForward, Managing Director at Brand Velocity, and various VP positions at Amdocs and Capgemini. Mark's career began at BellSouth, following a distinguished academic background that includes an MBA in Finance and Organizational Development from Indiana University Bloomington and a BS in Management Science from the University of Florida.
