Tim Watton

Tim Watton has extensive experience in planning and operations within the residential development sector, primarily with Persimmon Homes from July 2017 to July 2024, where roles included Group Planning Projects and Operations Director, Southern and Central Strategic Land Planning Director, and Southern Region Planning Director. Prior to this, Tim Watton worked at RPS Planning and Development from June 2013 to July 2017 as a Technical Director and Associate, leading development projects in the Birmingham office. Tim Watton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning from Newcastle University, earned between January 1995 and January 2000, graduating with a 2i grade.
