Clara Li is an early stage impact investing and venture building professional at Persistent, focused on providing access to clean energy in sub-Saharan Africa. With a background in technology consulting, energy access, and carbon finance, Clara has gained valuable experience in the off-grid PAYGo and sustainable waste-to-energy sectors. Clara served as a Community Leadership Corps Fellow at the Obama Foundation and is currently a member of Global Women in VC. They hold a Master of International Affairs with a concentration in energy policy and finance from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
