Art Cai

Art Cai is a Quality Engineering Technician at Persistent Systems, LLC, since August 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to analyze software and hardware issues related to smart radio products and developing troubleshooting procedures. Previously, Art served as a Quality Engineering Intern, honing skills in radio technology troubleshooting and training employees on production processes. Art holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New York University, with a focus on Fluid Dynamics, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Tulane University. Art has also gained diverse experience through internships and research positions, including work in engineering and physics at OXO, Tulane University, and Mahidol University, as well as an early role in the service industry at family-owned restaurants.
