Ed Topps

Ed Topps is the Vice President of Business Development at Persistent Systems, LLC, a position they currently hold. They also serve as the President of TMConsult, LLC. Previously, Ed held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President at Sierra Nevada Corporation and Vice President for Programs at Sierra Completions. Before entering the private sector, Ed served as COO of Flight Environments, Inc. and retired from active duty with the USAF in summer 2014 after commanding the Big Safari Program. Ed holds a Master's degree in Industrial Security Policy from ICAF, NDU, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Colorado State University.
