Jacob Herman

Jacob Herman is an Embedded Software Engineer at Persistent Systems, LLC, since May 2022, where responsibilities include extending advanced Radio over IP capabilities and developing hardware simulators in a multi-threaded C++ environment on Linux, targeting ARM devices running Android. Previously, Jacob completed a DevOps Engineering Internship at Bowler Pons Solutions Consultants, LLC, focusing on long-term projects and a facial recognition visitor check-in system. Jacob also gained experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Johnston Construction Company, collaborating on electrical diagrams and site specific documentation while assisting in installation and safety inspections. Early work experience includes a Lifeguard position at Anchor Aquatics Inc. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University, earned in 2023.
