Jacob McLeod

Jacob McLeod is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Persistent Systems, LLC since April 2023, Jacob also founded Precision Defense USA in April 2020. Previous roles include Business Development Executive at Insitu Inc. and Product Manager at FLIR Systems. Jacob's military background includes significant expertise with the U.S. Navy, having held positions such as Navy Acquisitions UAS Technical Advisor at NAVSPECWARCOM and Navy Chief Petty Officer (UAS) at SRT-1, where leadership and mentorship of military personnel were integral. Jacob's early Navy career involved critical roles in aviation quality assurance and avionics, establishing a solid foundation in maintenance and operational excellence.
